I'm Heidi Choiniere, and I've helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate Southwest Florida real estate since becoming licensed in 2019. Along the way, I've closed more than 300 transactions, earned top industry awards, and built a business almost entirely on referrals, repeat clients, and people who appreciate honesty more than sales pitches.

Here's the thing: Southwest Florida doesn't need me to sell it. The beaches, sunshine, boating, golf courses, and laid-back lifestyle do a pretty good job of that on their own.

My job is to help you make smart decisions, avoid expensive mistakes, negotiate aggressively, and understand what's really happening in the market... even when the answer isn't what you were hoping to hear.

I'm known for being direct, responsive, slightly sarcastic, and probably a little too obsessed with real estate. While most people are sleeping in on Sunday morning, I'm usually reviewing listings, negotiating contracts, answering questions, or driving across three counties to help a client.
