Good communication throughout the home purchase process. As many know purchasing a home can be stressful and having a great real estate agent is a must. With Heidi you get a team, her Co-agent Emma was also wonderful. If Heidi is not available Emma makes things seamless when touring homes and if any other issues arise if Heidi is not available which was very infrequent. Remember real estate agents have multiple customers and with Heidi I almost felt as if I was her only customer, Emma was one of the reasons why they works extremely well together as a team!
